The 142 burned my head so I removed it, so we are on this.

Article 143. (Sedition)

The rebels will be sentenced from two to six years imprisonment. Commit

sedition, which, without prejudice to the Government formed, rise publicly and tumultuously to achieve, by force or violence, any of the following objects:

  2. Prevent, by direct action, the enactment or enforcement of laws, or the holding of elections in one or more of the Departments.
  3. shall preclude the authorities exercise their functions freely, or to enforce their administrative or judicial orders.
  4. exercise acts of hatred or revenge on the person or property of any authority or its agents.
  5. exercise, with a political or social order, an act of hate or revenge against individuals or any kind of state or their property. Flatten
  6. places of imprisonment, or attack leading the prisoners from one place to another, to save them or mistreat them.

This if very simple, clear and round like they did in Pan's Labyrinth (not the soldiers but the other, no?).

Wedding Programs In Spanih

141 - Rebellion

This and next, with the same nomen iuris, a bit complicated to me (especially coming).

141. (Rebellion)

Those who rise up in arms against the public authorities, or for the purpose of promoting civil war, is punishable by two to ten years imprisonment. If there was fighting between rebels and government forces, or between some citizens and others, the penalty is six to twelve years imprisonment.

Let's say the example is clear, a dissident group opposed to the established government and fight for it to fall, as it happens in the great Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope, George Lucas (and which he did not have to worry anymore more for the money and was about 30 years without directing anything.

140 - Attack on the President

This seems more fun, right? Since Title I imagine JEJ.

Article 140. (Attack on the President of the Republic)

who, for political and direct action, would be detrimental to the life, physical integrity or liberty of the President, shall be punished: in the case of attack on life, with four to ten years imprisonment and in other cases with two to nine years.

derivare If the fact of death, the penalty shall be fifteen to thirty years imprisonment.

Finally, this also there are countless examples, but I came close to this, at least in the attack on the freedom of the President is set completely. This is Air Force One, a film that has gone unnoticed (and it does not have to change.) Even Gary Oldman is often an interesting guy.

Columbus Ohio Renew Driver's License

139 - vilification of foreign emblems

This offense does not usually do much specifically a plot line in any film, although I vaguely remember it was the specific case of an episode in one of the many sets of lawyers or something.

139. (vilification of foreign emblems)

who, in the territory of the State, vilipendiare, in a public place or open or public display, the flag or other emblem of a foreign state shall be punished six months in prison to three years imprisonment.

To
If I made a movie where political protest is everywhere, and in one case, manifested by burning a flag. I'm talking about Malcolm X, Spike Lee, a director with ups and downs, but generally interesting (and should not be confused with the brilliant Spike Jonze).

138 - Attempt on the life, physical integrity, freedom and honor of the Heads of State or their representatives abroad diplomats

After several articles in which there is a new type, I bring this is a gem (especially the movie).

Article 138. (Attempt on the life, physical integrity, liberty or the honor of the Heads of State or its diplomatic representatives abroad)

Whoever in the territory of the State, direct action, would be detrimental to the life, personal integrity, freedom or honor of a foreign head of state, or their diplomatic representatives, shall be punished in case of attack on life, with four to ten years imprisonment and in other cases with two to nine years.

been derived if the fact of death, the penalty shall be fifteen to thirty years imprisonment.

Like all been there (I assume and I believe, because otherwise now stop reading and go see it NOW) in The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad! , we plan and start executing the murder of Queen Elizabeth II.

Sorority Initiation Shirts

133 - Acts able to expose to the Republic of the danger of war or reprisals

Due to the success generated by the previous post (?) Continue with this series.

133.

penalty of six to twenty years' imprisonment and two to eight disqualification:

  1. (Acts able to expose to the Republic to the danger of war or retaliation) .- A citizen who, without authorization from the Government, raise up forces against a foreign government, or exercise other acts, which, by their nature, to expose to the Republic of the danger of war or reprisals.
  2. (Infidelity to a political mandate in national issues) .- The city, commissioned by the Government of the Republic, to discuss matters of state with a foreign government, which evade the mandate, as a compromise public interest.
  3. (Provision of supplies to an enemy state in time of war) .- A citizen who, outside of those referred to in paragraph two of article provides any precedent, in time of war, an enemy state, any kind of provisions.
  4. (Trading with the enemy and participation in its loans) .- A citizen who, in time of war, to trade with the enemy State, or take part in their borrowing.
  5. (Violation of truce or armistice) .- The citizen who commits a truce or armistice agreement between the Republic and other enemy nation.

seems almost thought of the film in question was made in paragraph 1 of this article, because there is more explicitly and complete it that the way he did the crazy General of the brilliant work of Kubrick Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb in which the plan is completed , the war would be total and direct. As you see I'm trying to avoid spoilers (which, for some reason, it is not established, although it clearly should be).
Greetings, LEFEVRE.

Pokemon World Online Mac

132 - Attack on the integrity of national territory, the independence or the unity of the State Penal Law

Here is an article with many different figures.

Article 132.

penalty of ten to thirty years imprisonment, and two to ten years' disqualification:

  1. (Attack on the national territorial integrity, independence or the unity of the state) . The citizen who performs direct action to bring the national territory or a part thereof, to the sovereignty of a foreign government, or to impair the integrity or disrupt the unity of the state.
  2. (military or political services rendered to a foreign state at war with Uruguay) .- The citizen who takes up arms or performs military service or political support to a foreign state at war with Uruguay, and seconded his plans to supply war materials or money.
  3. (Disclosure of secrets) .- The citizen who reveals the political and military secrets, concerning state security, or facilitates their knowledge.
  4. (with foreign intelligence for military purposes) .- The city that keeps intelligence with a foreign government to launch a war or carry out acts of hostility against the Republic, or violates other facts directly aimed at the same end.
  5. (sabotage of buildings and military equipment) .- A citizen who, in collusion with a foreign government, or as to support their plans, destroys or mutilates ships, airplanes, ports, railroads, forts, arsenals, and munitions of war for the defense of the state.
  6. (Attack on the Constitution) .- A citizen who, by direct action, he intends to change the constitution or form of government by means that are not supported by domestic public law.

This case is quite large, many varieties of intelligence would come here (and consequently a fairly long list of movies), but I opted for an option within the first item. So I took the case directly to terrorism, and in the movie True Lies a citizen of a country is collaborating with a terrorist group.
I think the character in question falls well in the profile of a Co-Author, implementing and facilitating the verb nuclerar the author if you also run.
never thought I would start this with a James Cameron film, JEJ, but good, and this movie is worth it, has lots of action and good comedy (not exactly provided by Tom Arnold).
Greetings, LEFEVRE.

Samples Of Wedding Welcome Letters

Film

was thinking to do something at least remotely related to what I do. Let me explain: I am a lawyer, and as such the law is my profession.
therefore I think it's good to do a series to be specific, Criminal joining films. Then, to the delight of young and old (no, but ta) include the text of each article of the Penal Code specific and put a movie in which this happens (if it may have been the main plot, but if not well be just the first that comes to my mind).
At any time feel free to leave a comment with suggestions for movies or other media fall within what is being described.
The thing would be that if there are several figures take only one (I will not find many movies as nuclear verbs) and I will try to have a daily dose.
At best that would suggest this, as well as entertain the idle mind of the passes (say no) here, would be to help someone to understand the figure in question (I tend to be pretty graphic in my way of thinking , and maybe the image will help someone.)
As this is a pilot project can fall at any moment, and I decided to use the Penal Code for that I will not include crimes not in this (as a violation of copyright, for example).

How To Make A Basketball Cake

A lot of time after

by chance I came here and I read it a few days ago I put more than one year.
And I think I'm half against because I thought of writing something (no one else writes them, until not so long ago I updated my photoblog).
Anyway, just wanted to make that of the films I mentioned there have been all but Wallstreet 2 (I want to review the 1 first) and Footloose have not been released yet. Pretty
good average. Same
the ones I liked last year do not appear on this list (especially the best last year is Toy Story 3, beautiful movie if any).

What Ever Happened To Tiffany

REFLECTION OF THE "WORD OF HONOR" Emotional Intelligence in Leadership

For that honor does exist, but there are carriers .. TAKEN FROM THE BOOK

¨ THE OTHER HISTORY OF MEXICO, Diaz and Madero, THE SWORD AND THE SPIRIT ¨

OF SOURCES AGUIRRE ARMANDO ¨ CATON ¨

MEN OF HONOR

The children of the Heroic Military College has always honored its campus, and as shown is this story.

In the year 1892 died Don Carlos Charter. A street in the city of Saltillo, Coahuila bears his name. And most deserving of this honor because I am about to narrate.

After the fall of Queretaro was a prisoner of the Juaristas General Don Severo del Castillo, Chief of Staff of Maximilian. He was sentenced to death, and his custody was entrusted to Colonel Carlos Charter. The day before the execution was sleeping when her assistant Colonel woke him up. General Del Castillo, he said, wanted to talk with him. Charter is dressed quickly and went immediately to his cell on death row. Do not forget that Don Severo had been a friend of his father.

- Carlos - said the General, - sorry I made you wake up. As you know I have a few hours of life, and I need to do me a favor. I want to confess and make my will. Please call the parent sends Montes and Mr. José María Vázquez .--

- Mi General - Jurisdiction answered - do not think it necessary that these gentlemen come .--

- How? - Are angered General Del Castillo. - I'm saying I want to fix things my soul and my family, what you say you do not need to come to the priest and the notary? -

- Indeed, my General - Republican repeated the Colonel. - No need to send call. You will personally arrange their affairs and I will remain in place until you return. -

Don Severo was stunned. The show of confidence that gave the young colonel was extraordinary.

- But Carlos - he replied excitedly. - What guarantee that you will return to face the firing squad? -

- His Word HONOR, General - said Charter.

- now you have it - Severo said hugging the young colonel.

they both went out and said outside the charge of the watch:

- General Mr. Del Castillo goes home to settle some issues. I will stay in place as a prisoner. When he returns you send me awake. -

The next morning, when it reached the top headquarters Charter, General Bras Rocha, in charge of the guard told him what happened. Rocha was running to the cell where he was out and found him sleeping peacefully. Woke him moving.

- What did Carlos?, Why did you go to the General? -

- I will - I said Charter. - If not, then I shoot myself and settled. -

Just then we heard footsteps on the pavement.

- Who goes? - Shouted the sentry.

- Mexico! - Said the vibrant voice of General Del Castillo. - And a prisoner of war. - Fulfilling

his word of honor again to be shot Don Severo.

The end of this history is very happy. General Del Castillo was not passed by the arms. Rocha Mariano Escobedo told what had happened, and this Don Benito Juárez. The Benefactor, touched by the magnanimity of the two soldiers, General pardoned and ordered the suspension of any proceeding against Charter. Both were sons of the Military School, both did honor to the glorious institution.
