133.

penalty of six to twenty years' imprisonment and two to eight disqualification:

  1. (Acts able to expose to the Republic to the danger of war or retaliation) .- A citizen who, without authorization from the Government, raise up forces against a foreign government, or exercise other acts, which, by their nature, to expose to the Republic of the danger of war or reprisals.
  2. (Infidelity to a political mandate in national issues) .- The city, commissioned by the Government of the Republic, to discuss matters of state with a foreign government, which evade the mandate, as a compromise public interest.
  3. (Provision of supplies to an enemy state in time of war) .- A citizen who, outside of those referred to in paragraph two of article provides any precedent, in time of war, an enemy state, any kind of provisions.
  4. (Trading with the enemy and participation in its loans) .- A citizen who, in time of war, to trade with the enemy State, or take part in their borrowing.
  5. (Violation of truce or armistice) .- The citizen who commits a truce or armistice agreement between the Republic and other enemy nation.

seems almost thought of the film in question was made in paragraph 1 of this article, because there is more explicitly and complete it that the way he did the crazy General of the brilliant work of Kubrick Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb in which the plan is completed , the war would be total and direct. As you see I'm trying to avoid spoilers (which, for some reason, it is not established, although it clearly should be).
