143 - Sedition

Article 143. (Sedition)

The rebels will be sentenced from two to six years imprisonment. Commit

sedition, which, without prejudice to the Government formed, rise publicly and tumultuously to achieve, by force or violence, any of the following objects:

1. depose any or some of the employees Administration, or prevent them from taking possession of the legitimate destination appointed or elected.
2. Prevent, by direct action, the enactment or enforcement of laws, or the holding of elections in one or more of the Departments.
3. shall preclude the authorities exercise their functions freely, or to enforce their administrative or judicial orders.
4. exercise acts of hatred or revenge on the person or property of any authority or its agents.
5. exercise, with a political or social order, an act of hate or revenge against individuals or any kind of state or their property. Flatten
6. places of imprisonment, or attack leading the prisoners from one place to another, to save them or mistreat them.

This if very simple, clear and round like they did in Pan's Labyrinth (not the soldiers but the other, no?).
